It emerged alongside the evolution of society and reflects the era in which marriages are concluded. At the same time, the principle of mutual consent in entering into marriage does not prevent spouses from deciding both on the conclusion of the marriage and on its dissolution. More recently, according to the provisions of the Family Code, the dissolution of marriage is carried out both by administrative procedure and by notarial procedure and judicial procedure.
