ISBN 978-9975-62-690-3.The purpose of the research was to study the effect of storage time on biometric parameters during the germination of encrusted seeds. A differential effect of seed encrustation on germi nation, growth of roots and seedlings depending on the hybrid was revealed. After 12 months of storage, the encrusted seeds showed an increase in overall germination by 2.0-5.5% compared to intact seeds.
