Both at the national and international level, including through the community norms, we observe the attempt to establish norms of conduct for each employment relationship, by combining provisions of common nature, applicable to all, with special provisions that account for peculiarities of work performed, depending on various factors – both objective and subjective. The goal of this work is to identify the international norms, including European, called to regulate the particularities of different jobs, but also their eventual integration into the internal legal system. Through using the method of analysis of the normative framework, including the ILO Conventions and the EU Directives, the author concludes that at the national and community level, the regulation of labour relationships of different categories of employees is made by combining some general norms, which establish rules of conduct for all employers and employees, with special rules that either supplement the framework established by the general rules, or provide for exceptions to their application for certain particular relationships.roconventiondifferentiationwork directiveunityconvențiediferențieredirectivămuncăunitateASIGURAREA RESPECTĂRII DREPTURILOR DE MUNCĂ A DIFERITOR CATEGORII DE SALARIAȚI PRIN INTERMEDIUL REGLEMENTĂRII UNITARE ȘI DIFERENȚIATE A MUNCIIENSURING OBSERVANCE OF LABOUR RIGHTS OF DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF EMPLOYEES THROUGH UNIFORM AND DIFFERENTIATED LABOUR REGULATIONArticlehttps://doi.org/10.59295/spd2024j.41
