Trecerea de la nivelul preuniversitar la învăţămîntul superior pentru liceenii arabi în Israel – care sînt o minoritate –, alegerea unui domeniu de studiu şi a instituţiei concrete constituie o etapă crucială pentru ei, deoarece poate determina profund motivaţia acestora pentru învăţare.The purpose of the article is to provide a snapshot on the choice of the teaching profession and the type of college among Arab pre-service teachers, and to emphasize the need for continuing research that will examine the impact of these choices on the learning motivation.
