As a result of the analysis performed, it is concluded that the computerized information (like other such immaterial entities) cannot represent the material object of the crime. The offenses, provided in art. 259 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova, have: main immaterial object (illegally accessed computerized information); secondary immaterial object (destroyed, damaged, altered, blocked or copied computerized information); secondary material object (computers, computer system or computer network, which has been malfunctioned).romaterial object of an offenseimmaterial object of an offensecomputerized informationcomputerscomputer systemcomputer networkArticle
