Thus, during the dictatorship of a party, the constitutional law played the role of Cinderella, the decisive acts belonging to the party leadership. However, with the fall of the empire, social relations had a pronounced democratic character. Under these conditions, the Constitutional Law, as a fundamental branch of the unitary law system, has regained its function of regulating the fundamental social relations that merge through the complex process of establishing, maintaining and exercising the state power, ensuring the respect of fundamental rights and freedoms of the man and the citizen as well.
