In this article was also analyzed the notion of misdemeanor trial and its characteristic features for our country. The practicals problems and legal gaps faced by Republic of Moldova were not overlooked. At the end of this course paper, were proposed some recommandations to improve the respect for the right to a fair trial, including the proposal for changing and completing/ supplementing the laws.
