To elucidate this issue, references to the author’s opinion towards this subject were made, and specific features and characteristics were found. In this context, were overlooked the specific characteristics of the method of legal regulation of labor law. As a conclusion to the subject, we appreciate that the method of legal regulation of labor law has a dichotomous nature in that it is divided in the method of coordination for collective relations and the method of ordering the individual employment relationship.roArticle
