Only by identifying the particular social value damaged because of co mitting the offenses of production or putting into circulation of counterfeit money or securities, can we understand whether: it is appropriate or not to place these offenses in Chapter X of the special part of the Criminal Code; is the provision of art. 236 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova correctly formulated or not?
