It was noted that the issues put before the Constitutional Court concerned: a) the alleged lack of criminalization of psychological violence; b) if domestic violence between ex-spouses is possible; c) the impossibility of applying a contraventional sanction for family violence committed by persons who have reached the general retirement age; and d) the alleged unpredictability of the „insignificant injury to bodily integrity” text.
