The algae community which was established in the years 2000-2002, are characterized by the predominance of representatives green algae fillum. A long preservation of soil samples in the laboratory for 15-18 years, is contributing to the disapperence of algae from Bacillariophyta fi llum, decreasing green and from Xanthophyta fillum algae diversity, which decreases the number more than twice with a lesser extent it influences on the Cyanophyta fillum. The most resistant were found to be Cyanophyta fillum fi laments form, which are characterized by the presence of a mucilaginous sheath which is well pronounced.roorganisme edaficealge edaficeArticle
