Chişinău: Pro Libra, 2022, pp. 198-207.The article analyses the relationship between the semantic structure and the actantial structure of Romanian verbs. To illustrate these relationships, the semantic classes of verbs were described in relation to the type of actantial structure that characterizes them. The language facts examined show a close connection between the semantic formula and the actantial structure of the verb. Having a bidirectional character, the given relationship is manifested both as an influence of the semantic structure on the actantial structure, and from the opposite direction.
