Fobia generată de politica acerbă a conducătorului sovietic a produs o corespondență obedientă dintre dictator și mediul intelectual sovietic. Aceste scrisori erau elaborate cu ocazia evenimentelor aniversare din istoria URSS, a celor cu conținut universal, dar vizau și momente din biografia privată a lui Stalin. În cazul Institutului de Stat de Medicină din Chișinău, instituție fondată în anul 1945, a mai existat o particularitate ce reieșea din „biografia” acestei instituții aflate la periferia statului sovietic.Based on the specialized literature and archival documents, it is presented the communication mechanism in the process of Stalinization in higher education in the field of medicine in Soviet Moldova. The phobia generated by the fierce policy of the Soviet leader produced an obedient correspondence between the dictator and the Soviet intellectual environment. The reasons for drafting these letters were the anniversary events in the history of the USSR, those with universal content, but they also focused on moments from Stalin's private biography.
