It is gratifying that, evaluating the digitization process in the Republic of Moldova, the degree of digitization is continuously increasing. The process of digital transformation at the level of government institutions began in 2006, with the approval of the e-Government Concept. The Government of the Republic of Moldova launched the process of e-Transformation of governance in 2010, with the creation of the Electronic Governance Center, a public institution under the State Chancellery, with the aim of improving governance through the intensive application of information technologies.
