If we are examine the word constitution, then we will have to support what was the reason for the name it belongs, and here we refer to the fact that the law was adopted as a result of certain events that the state or the people went through when it was formed as a state. Romania’s constitution was subject to changes and even the adoption of new laws as a result of the historical period through which the society passed, so every socio-political change in the state was followed by the modification of a new constitution due to some changeable events for the Romanian people.roArticle
