The notarial activity, which represents one of the mechanisms of the state to guarantee the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, also requires a transformation in electronic format. The notarial deeds development in electronic format and those at a distance is already a reality in several countries. The time has come to examine in substance whether all the powers attributed to the notary can be carried out electronically and/or remotely or not?
