În rezultatul testărilor efectuate nivelul elementelor minerale de calciu şi magneziu la majoritatea sportivilor–înotă- tori până la efort fizic este sub limitele normei, iar nivelul elementului mineral de fier este în limitele normei. Rezultatele obţinute după efortul fizic efectuat pe veloergometru denotă o scădere esenţială a nivelului de calciu şi magneziu şi o creştere a nivelului de fier în sângele sportivilor–înotători testaţiThis paper deals with the studying of the levels of mineral elements (calcium, magnesium, iron) at elite swimmers (boys and girls) before and after physical effort on the bicycle. Asa result of our research it was found out that the level of calcium and magnesium is decreased before the physical effort at the majority of the swimmers tested, while the level of iron is at a normal degree.
