Given that the acts of the Court are not executed according to the legal provisions, the author comes with the proposal to strengthen the mechanism for bringing to liability those persons who are guilty of not executing or improper execution of the acts of constitutional justice, especially by diversifying the measures of constitutional constraint.Articolul cuprinde o prezentare a problemei executării actelor justiției constituționale, pornind de la legislația în domeniu și constatările Curții Constituționale a Republicii Moldova. Dat fiind faptul că actele Curții nu sunt executate conform prevederilor lega- le, autorul vine cu propunerea de a consolida mecanismul de tragere la răspundere a persoanelor ce se fac vinovate de neexecutarea sau executarea necorespunzătoare a actelor justiției constituționale, mai ales prin diversificarea măsurilor de constrângere constiuțională.roconstitutional justicejustiția constituționalăArticle
