This trend seems to justify doctrinal approaches to “a juvenile criminal law”. In the present scientific paper, a short incursion is made in the legislation of some states (France, Spain, Italy, Romania, Russian Federation) regarding the situation of children in conflict with the law, including being abused and the norms of material law in the field of Moldovan legislation.
