The study was focused on these states since their neutralities were either the Bi-polarity’s product (Austria, Finland) or the necessity to strategically adapt itself in Bi-polarity (Sweden). The comparative investigations is conducted to identify and explain recently-historical similarities and differences of these states’ neutrality foreign policies in order to understand current and future tendencies of European neutral states in the framework of modern international security.ropolitica de neutralitateneutralitateaArticle
