ISSN 1811-0770.In this article we initiate the research the bodies having the duty of Fiscal Administration and namely the State Fiscal Inspectorate - a specialized body that manages the fiscal area, the Centre for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption – the body that has the same rights in the prosecution process as the Fiscal Inspectorate, the Customs Service – body, which collect customs taxes, and the Collection Service of taxes and fees within municipalities – the body that manages the fiscal sphere in the local area.roArticle
