In the present paper I approached some aspects of guaranteeing the right to a fair trial in the context of conducting complex investigations of criminal investigation under the conditionsof the information society, drawing the main directions of manifestation of the active role of different subjects. The article contains the analysis of the procedural and tactical-organizational forms of the interaction of the criminal investigation body.
