ISSN 1857-2405.1857-2405https://msuir.usm.md/handle/123456789/4852În realitatea juridică naţională reforma justiţiei este o necesitate stringentă și inevitabilă pentru edificarea unui stat de drept în condiţiile societăţii contemporane. La fel, finalitatea acestei reforme este o justiţie eficientă și calitativă, transparentă și echitabilă, autoritatea căreia în mediul social demonstrează calificativele menţionate. În scopul realizării unei astfel de reforme, intenţionăm a identifica un sistem de obiective, aplicarea cărora caracterizează scopul urmărit de reforma în cauză. Or, strategia și tacticile unui proces de reformă sunt inspirate din obiectivele formulate, societatea civilă având scopul de a monitoriza gradul de realizare a obiectivelor ce caracterizează un proces de reformă și chiar de a se expune referitor la eficienţa reformei. Într-o abordare subiectivă, considerăm că aceste obiective necesită a fi realizate într-o conlucrare cu subiecţii nemijlocit vizaţi – magistraţii. În lipsa unui dialog social-profesional dintre autorii unei reforme și subiecţii activitatea cărora urmează a fi reformată, există riscuri de ineficienţă a acţiunilor și a intenţiilor bune în domeniu.Justice reform is a stringent necessity in the social and legal reality of the Republic of Moldova, being inevitable for strengthening the rule of law in the contemporary society. Also, the finality of the men - tioned reform is an efficient, qualitative, transpar - ent and fair justice, whose authority in the society proves the named peculiarities. In order to realize such a reform, we intend to identify a system of ob - jectives, whose application represent the main fea - tures of the purpose of the mentioned reform. The strategies and the tactics of a reform process are inspired from the formulated objectives, the civil so - ciety having the role to monitor the level of imple - mentation of the objectives specific to the reform process and to expose regarding the efficiency of the reform. In a subjective approach, we consider that these objectives have to be realized in collaboration with concerned subjects – with judges. In the absence of a social and professional dialogue among the authors of a reform and the concerned subjects, there are risks of inefficiency of the actions and of the good intentions in the mentioned field.roautoritatea judecătoreascăcontenciosul administrativconsolidated justiceArticle
